REACh & GHS

The New EU Chemicals Policy (REACH) entered into force on 1 June 2007. It applies directly to all chemicals produced, used and imported into the EU.

REACH and the related GHS (Global Harmonised System of classification and labelling) will create a significant challenge to all manufacturers, importers and end users of chemical products in the EU.
