Hibsoft Label

Hibsoft Label is the complete labeling solution for your Chemical labelss.

Although LabelPro is designed to operate as a plug-in to SDS Professional (being activated directly from within SDS Professional) it can also be customised to read from other similar systems.

LabelPro is designed to work with any standard Windows compatible printer to quickly and easily produce Carriage, Supply and Janitorial labels. Quick and easy to use, the WYSIWIG (What You See Is What You Get) style interface allows you to preview the appearance of your labels on screen before you commit to print.

Carriage Labels

Carriage Labels (commonly referred to as Transport Labels) are a legal requirement for the carriage of substances which have been classified as hazardous for transport under appropriate UK and/or EC regulations. Transport labels identify the substance by its UN number and Proper Shipping Name and display suitable warning diamonds to indicate the nature of danger[s] Involved.
The software includes standard graphics for printing Warning Diamond symbols on your Carriage Label designs.

Supply Labels

Supply Labels (often referred to as CHIP or chemical labels) identify your product and provide the recipient with appropriate hazard, risk and safety information (in the appropriate language[s] for overseas supply).
The software includes standard graphics for printing Indication Of Danger (Hazard) symbols on your Supply Label designs, and allows for Hazard text to be printed in the language of choice.

Risk and Safety Phrases

All Label Pro variants include comprehensive databases of Risk and Safety phrases (including foreign language translations in multi-language versions). In addition, flexibility of design allows you to display R&S phrases in one combined or two separate sections, with or without prefix codes and/or bullet points, and optional line breaks.

Combination Labels

Label Master can also be used to produce combination Carriage/Supply labels containing all appropriate Warning Diamonds, IOD symbols, Risk and Safety Information etc.

Custom Labels

As well as producing labels for substances from its own comprehensive database, Label Pro allows you to easily add your own substance information to print labels for your own and/or non-standard preparations (including labels for substances which are not classified as hazardous). You can even import substance information from compatible SDS (Safety Data Sheet) products.

Label Templates

Label Pro gives you control over the appearance of your labels by choosing from a selection of Label designs which are stored as templates. Templates contain information about the size, layout and contents of your label and need to be merged with a record from the substance database in order to produce a printed label. Label Pro can store many different label templates to produce label designs which are appropriate to your substances and usage. You can even link template designs to substances so that the correct label design is always used appropriate to the Product.

Label Pro is supplied with a selection of ready made standardized label templates appropriate to standard carriage and/or supply legislation requirements. Additionally, we can prepare and supply templates customized to your own specific requirements. Alternatively, by purchasing a software variant which includes the Designer program you can take absolute control over your label designs including producing new designs ad hoc for one-off applications.
With the designer program you can even create and print a variety of labels for non-chemical use (eg. Address/Bar code labels).
