How does the service work for the Hospital?
- Each hospital fills out an inventory of all chemical products used on their site, and forwards it to DCM Compliance.
- DCM Compliance contacts all relevant suppliers and sources the most up-to-date Safety Data Sheet available.
- Each department in the hospital is given access to all the Safety Data Sheets by logging into our dedicated website for hospitals www.safedoc.ie
- The client also uses www.safedoc.ie to log all new products that come into the hospital for which Safety Data Sheets need to be sourced.
As well as sourcing Safety Data Sheets, DCM Compliance will offer a number of additional Services.
- All Safety Data Sheets will be checked by our qualified and experienced staff to ensure that they are of the correct format/language/etc and up-to-date with current legislation.
- All suppliers will be directly contacted on an annual basis to ensure the Safety Data Sheets we have on file are still the most up-to-date versions available.
- Training can be provided to client staff on the use of the www.safedoc.ie website.
